This is not a full-roster power ranking. It is a reproducible grouping of seven Shiny Rare units from one non-official community stat snapshot published by Rubenakayoshii on August 17, 2026. The bands use only the source's Total DPS column; range, attack type, placement and your current build can reverse the practical choice.
How this tier list is built
We transcribed the seven Shiny Rare rows from community video OJuM6U-WKaA and grouped them into explicit Total DPS ranges: 800+, 600-799 and below 600. No rarity, popularity or unlisted unit was used to manufacture a placement; ties within a band are interpreted through the source's range and attack-type columns.
Version and evidence limits
The underlying community video was published August 17, 2026 and the snapshot was reviewed August 21. It applies only to the seven Shiny Rare rows shown there, during an early-beta build. This is one non-official source, not a controlled developer dataset or a full roster ranking. The source's Max DPS and Total DPS labels are preserved as given; costs, placement caps, faction synergy, special effects and later balance changes may alter real run value.
Step-by-Step
- Use the 800+ snapshot band as a narrow damage lead, not an automatic best-unit verdict: Enforcer is listed at 928.8 Total DPS and Agent at 869.04.
- Compare attack shape before the number. Enforcer is listed as AOE Burst while Agent is Single Shot, so their value changes with wave density and boss pressure.
- The 600-799 band is tightly packed: SWAT 724.2, Count 693, Kael 665.28 and The Clown 650. Range and attack type matter more than the band label inside this group.
- Akane's listed 220.8 Total DPS places it in the under-600 snapshot band, but the sheet alone cannot measure utility, cost efficiency or a mechanic absent from the columns.
- Do not extend these bands to Epic, Legendary, Mythic, Secret or Forbidden units. The source video covers Shiny Rare stats only, while the separate community catalog (build 1.6.7 at the September check, 87 rows) is a roster snapshot rather than a controlled performance test.
- Re-check the in-game stat panel after every update. The official description still calls TD2 early beta, and this single community source is neither a developer balance sheet nor a permanent ranking.
